Zoom Class Options

Stay Active Without Leaving Home
These classes take you through a variety of exercises designed to increase balance, encourage muscular strength, and improve range of movement, helping with activities of daily living.
Class Options
Zoom Fit Zoom Class
Monday at 10:00 am and Thursday at 9:15 am
Class Includes: stretching, 20 minutes of cardio, strengthening, and flexibility.
Wear comfortable clothes, good shoes, and bring water!
Gentle Yoga Zoom Class
Monday from 11:00 am – 12:00 pm
Class Includes: Gentle stretching, core strength, flexibility, and
mental balance!
This class encourages you to move mindfully, focusing on gentle movement and steady breathing. All you need is water and a sturdy chair!
