What is the age requirement to participate in Senior Neighbors programming?
The general age requirement for most Senior Neighbors programming is 60 years or older. One exception is our AmeriCorps Seniors volunteer programs, which has a minimum age of 55.

Senior Neighbors offers a variety of programs focused on three key areas: centers & community life, personalized support, and services for everyday independence.
Who do I call to get help with housing or general case management services?
To get connected with a case manager, call our intake line at 616.233.0281. This number connects you to all programs under our Personalized Support services, including Medicare/Medicaid assistance, home repairs, and more.
Can I attend a senior center with a loved one?
Yes, family members or caregivers of seniors are welcome to attend our centers.
