Tai Chi for Arthritis


This gentle and slow-moving exercise class is great for anyone with or without arthritis.
These 60-minute group exercise classes are based in centuries-old martial arts movements and are a mindful and meditative way to build balance, strength, and endurance. These community-centered classes are taught by certified instructors and coaches. In person classes are subject to change.
