EnhanceFitness Classes


Start where you are, use what you have, and do what you can.
These 60-minute group exercise classes address endurance, balance, strength and flexibility. People of all abilities can participate wither seated or standing. These community-centered classes are taught by certified instructors and coaches. In person classes are subject to change.
