GIVE THE GIFT OF FRIENDSHIP
As a Senior Companion, you’ll spend time with older adults to help them live fuller and more independent lives. Volunteers may help run errands, drive to medical appointments, help at a senior facility, read or provide social interaction. Volunteers may be providing these services in homes or senior facilities.
These tasks allow older adults to remain in their homes longer, prevent feelings of isolation and give caregivers a break. Volunteers receive training to help them be successful.
