our services

Not being able to drive doesn’t mean losing the ability to go places. We give older adults an affordable way to get to the doctor, grocery store or our senior centers so they can maintain their independence. We have several transportation options to fit each person’s individual needs and limitations. We can help find a solution for you.

City Bus

We provide refills on the Rapid WAVE card for seniors who need public transportation so they can access essential services. This program has a suggested donation for the rides.

This is a shared ride service provided by The Rapid with advanced reservations. We have GoBus! tickets for seniors with disabilities who need transportation services. This program requires pre-approval and has a suggested donation for the tickets.

Ridelink Transportation

We are one of five agencies providing ride-share transportation to adults 60 and older through an advanced reservation program. Registered riders can use this service to get to any destination within Kent County including doctor visits, shopping trips and recreational visits. A ride-share of $2 per direction is suggested.

Visit the Ridelink website at https://ridelinkmi.com/ to get registered.
