Technology Support

Have you ever found yourself overwhelmed by technology? The options, the costs, the steps? Join us for a Technology Literacy Workshop!

Why You Should Attend:

These classes are built to increase general technology skills. Being comfortable on your own devices and the internet can help you stay connected, safe, and independent.

Tech Support Topics May Include:

  • Group workshops
Hands-on learning with peers open to any skill level. Instruction and hands-on guidance will be provided by a trained staff member.
  • One-on-one support
Have a tech question, or not sure what you need? Get personalized support from program staff. They’ll help walk you through the answer or get you to the resource that meets your skill level and lifestyle.
  • Device lending library
If the cost of a device or internet service is a barrier, you may be able to borrow a tablet or laptop as well as a hotspot. *Due to limited quantities, this is available only for workshop participants.*
  • A support services staff member for additional assistance
