Strong and Steady Sampler by Senior Neighbors

This 20-30 minute sampler will give you a brief overview of what to expect from a Strong and Steady class. This will be a safe and effective combinations of strength and balance exercises. This program will focus on strengthening your muscles and improving your balance to keep you independent. The instructor, Dani Banks, will be available to answer questions about the program. This sampler will be available via Zoom at no cost so you can learn more about the program before sessions begin mid-January.
