our services

Not being able to drive doesn’t mean losing the ability to go places. We give older adults an affordable way to get to the doctor, grocery store or our senior centers so they can maintain their independence. We have several transportation options to fit each person’s individual needs and limitations. We can help find a solution for you.

Get Going

City Bus

We distribute Grand Rapids City Bus tickets to seniors who need public transportation so they can access essential services.

This is a shared ride service provided by The Rapid with advanced reservations. We have GoBus! tickets for seniors with disabilities who need transportation services.

PASS (Passenger Adaptive Suburban Service)

If you don’t live near a Rapid bus stop, PASS may be able to pick you up and bring you to the nearest bus stop.

Senior Neighbors PARA-Transit and Ridelink

With our own buses, we are one of five agencies providing transportation to adults 60 and older through Ridelink. Registered riders can use this service to get to any destination within Kent County including doctor visits, shopping trips and recreational visits. A donation of $2 per trip is requested.
